How do I create a free account and Order Prints?

What measurement are the sizes given in?
All sizes are in millimeters
How long does it take to get my order?
We take seven working days from payment received to ready to ship. If we are experiencing high volume, we will communicate this with you. Once your art work has been shipped, you will be sent courier tracking details if you wish to follow up on delivery.
How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for all purchases and couriered via Berco Express. Loose Photographic prints are sent via Speedmail from post office to post office. If you need an overnight service there is a charge for costs over and above economy freight.
Will the print fade or lose colour?
Inks are guaranteed not to fade for 75 years under normal indoor lighting conditions.
Do your canvas prints have a protective coating?
Yes, our canvas prints are sprayed with a special protective coating that will protect them from dusting and cleaning.
What resolution do you print at?
Various materials need to be printed at different DPI (dots per square inch) depending on the porosity of the material. Our results are always of the highest quality.
Do you attach hooks and string or any other type of hanging accessory, or will the client have to do this?
Canvas frames are hung straight from the top box frame profile. Mounted prints are hung directly off the raiser bars. Acrylic prints come with special wall mounts that are used to fix to the wall.
Are the prices listed here for both the frames and the photo I select in the Gallery?
Yes, prices listed include, Print, Framing and Delivery where applicable.

Are the sizes on the price sheet for the white frames the photo size plus frame or the finished size? (ie an A4 frame may actually have an A5 photo in it?)
The finished size is bigger, when ordering you specify the image size and then we add matt board and frame profile to the ordered image.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by TGVphoto PhotoArt and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
When do you close for December Holidays?
While our photography services continue throughout the year (make sure to book in advance during holiday periods), we regret that your Christmas orders need to be in by the 15th December. Any Purchases later than this will only be shipped after the 10th January the following year.
